This place is horrible, came in with a 94' Cadillac that had overheated for maybe 1 minute and a broken serpentine belt. 'they took the car, told me they did a full diagnostic and told me that everything was ok with the car and they cant find any problems, and just put new belts and gave it a flush and new antifreeze. Next day I pick it up and it overheats again. Gary Felsing calls me and tells me that he apologizes for what happen, and that they found a leak in the radiator after a second so called ""diagnostic"".\r \r This is where it gets really bad...he tells me that to fix my hoses (only 1 is leaking, but he suggest i get both of them fixed) would cost $670...i told 3 mechanics about this and showed 1 of them and they all told me he lied to my face and they could get to my hoses without pulling the engine out, which is what felsing said he had to do, which would be $400 labor, making it $670. Even my boss from detroit said if felsing worked in detroit he would have been ran out of the whole state of michigan for saying such a thing about a GM product.\r \r Want more bold face lies? I call back the next day and now there saying I have a bad head gasket? Why didn't he tell me this before? Did he break the damn thing because I remember the first day they said ""everything is ok and you can drive it"". So the lady working there tells me its going to be $1500 tacked onto the 670. My dad was in such disbelief and he called the place, and another guy now tells him that everything would cost $3000??? HOW THE HELL DID IT DOUBLE IN AN HOUR?\r \r There crooks at felsing and this isn't the first time ive heard about it, but now im a true believer and never will go there again and for your sake find another place! I came into felsing with a great caddy that had no problems for 2 years and no leaks, and came out with my car pouring out my coolant than the niagra falls as the tow truck took my car to a REAL mechanic, who swapped my engine and replaced hoses for $950! Pros: Their technique of nice women answering the phone makes it hard to get upset, but don't be fooled by their niceness Cons: EVERYTHING! They lie, they overcharge, and I highly believe they abused my car, and also gave false diagnostics 3 times
