I tried calling in to this spa several times. It sounds wonderful...but I call on days they are supposed to be open and they don't answer their phones -- then when I think of it next it is Monday or Tuesday. It was so frustrating! I really wanted to get a gift certificate for someone in our company and ended up going to the ""new"" place in Lake Oswego. That spa is very nice - but we didn't have a great experience there either! Our ""bath was too hot"" and my husband had to wait (naked under his robe) in their lobby with women in their clothes! What's up with the spas in Portland (area)??? One doesn't answer their phone - no matter how hard I try to call them - and the other is very corporate and strange set up for men. Kanani please answer!
