Review content:
For starters, we were seated nearly an hour after our reservation -- and there was only two of us. The hostess seemed genuinely annoyed when I checked in HALF AN HOUR after we were supposed to be seated and then again 45 minutes later. When we were seated our waiter was very pleasant, although of course there was no ""sorry you waited"" or anything. \r
So, we order, and wait, and wait...and then realize the couple next to us who was seated long after we were has been eating...something that looks AWFULLY LIKE our dinner. Well, it was our dinner! The waiter realized it, apologized and promised to speed our dinner along. It came out maybe 20 minutes later...and then instead of the scallop entree I'd ordered (to the tune of $28 or something), they brought me a scallop entree. I swear the waitress who brought it knew ahead of time she was trying to stick me with the wrong thing -- when I immediately questioned her she said ""oh you're right"" and took it away.\r
After some haggling with the waiter, if you can believe that, he brought glasses of champagne to us and the neighboring table who'd received our dinner initially. That was the only ""free"" item we received after that mess. We had a fun time chuckling over it with our new pals but we way overpaid for a dinner that was an organizational disaster from beginning to end.\r
The food, for all that, was good. But prepare to be annoyed.\r
Pros: food expertly prepared -- if you get what you ordered
Cons: overbooked, expect to wait, even with a reservation, disorganized
