I've been ""fit"" for running shoes a few times now. None of them had gotten it right until elite feet. They asked about my running habits and any injuries I've had, then I told them what I was using and how it was wearing. They had me walk in my socks to view my stride and how my foot landed. They brought out a few pairs of shoes and I tried all of them on. They gave recommendations about fit and explained why one thing would work better than another for me. I tried on about 4 pairs of shoes until I found one that I liked. Then I must of tried on three sizes until I found the one that worked for me. It was nice having someone go over a product in a technical way with me, much better than just handing me something and saying ""here is the size and color you wanted."" They know their stuff and were very patient, even though the store was quite busy and I came in with a few friends that ended up getting shoes too. \r

The only possibly negative thing I could say is that their prices are right at MSRP. I feel the knowledge I gained and the very professional experience I received made up for any difference in price. I'll be back for sure.
Pros: Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff, cute dog in the shop
