Review content:
I recently sent my mother flowers for her birthday using My Lady's Florist and had a wonderful experience. I was very anxious due to my last experience with Teleflora, in which my mother received dead flowers on mother's day. Since I live in SC, I needed to find a trustworthy, florist (local to my mother who lives in Canton) whom I could have faith in to restore my good name ;-) I googled florists local to Canton, read the reviews of My Lady's, and decided to give them a try. Well, I was not disappointed at all.
Lawrence answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. He assured me that My Lady's was an actual local florist who had been in business for 30 years, not some dishonest web order deal. I told him of my last traumatic Teleflora experience, and he assured me that would never happen with My Lady's.
Well, he was right. My mother received the flowers and said they were beautiful. She loved the card and everything.
Lawrence sent me an e-mail receipt / order confirmation not long after the order was placed. In a time when so many services are automated, it is incredibly nice to have a warm person to deal with in such a personal transaction as having flowers sent to a loved one.
Use this florist!!! You won't be disappointed.
Pros: great service, beautiful flowers, actual local business
