I moved here excited, I though it was a great place, with amenities like a pool and a walking path, and laundry room. Well the staff is friendly and nice, and I like that they will keep your mail packages safe. But again you get what you pay for. Its cheap to live here. The halls and Carpets outside of the appts are disgusting. There are giant brown stains, and are never vacuumed. Teens hang out in the hallways and throw litter everywhere. Ive been woken up plenty of times from drunks coming home late at night, in the hallways and from outside the thin windows. The windows dont have locks, making me feel insecure. There is no central air, and a tiny OLD A/C unit, that doesnt cool down your place. The laundry room, not great either. Ive had machines eat money, and worse, people who think their clothes are in my machine will open the machine, find out its not their stuff then LEAVE it wide open! Wasting my time and money. There is also some jerk who parks in front of the steps because their is no open parking spaces, The worse offense is I know someone there with BEDBUGS. The complex blamed them with no proof, instead of investigating thier neighbors, and trying to prevent their spread. You can find this place has been posted on Bedbugregistry . Im not happy with the little things here, overall, Its not for everyone, but again, its cheap to live here, so you get what you pay for.
