I used to be a customer at Klausmeier for at least 7 years. At first the service was great, with no problem at all. With time the shop's business seemed to be outgrowing the number of mechanics the shop had, thus causing them to hire some inexperienced mechanics. For the past 2 years whenever I have had some work done to my vehicle, they always screw something else up. The shop used to have a small local friendly feeling, but now they are becoming as bad as your local big chain mechanics. The shop says it may take a day or 2 to get something done, but do not be fooled, they will cause some other problem, causing you to be without your car for a longer amount of time. \r

Don't get me wrong, Carl is honest, but the new mechanics are horrible. They are very unreliable and are rushing to get work done, thus messing things up/overlooking things.
Pros: Cheap prices, Carl is honest
Cons: Rest of the mechanincs know nothing, they rush, thus causing other problems
