I live next to a home that was remodeled by this company. Before they started construction I asked if they would protect my yard from the construction, and they said yes. They didn't. They dumped insulation and all kinds of construction debris everywhere. When I mentioned it, they cleaned up... taking with them all the mulch and fertilizer I had placed on the ground to protect my plants over the winter. I had to buy my own tarp to stop further damage. I have seen other companies use tarp to protect neighbors from debris. This company doesn't. I am still picking up fiberglass, styrofoam, vinyl siding pieces and screws around my yard.
Pros: they finish
Cons: they dump polluting stuff everywhere
