I have been a member of Elements for a couple of years now and it has been one of the best investments for my health that I have made. Elements has a nice atmosphere, warm tables, varied massage options, ample scheduling options, and several talented therapists. The people that work at the front desk are always extremely pleasant and will help to find an appointment that fits your schedule, even last minute! I have used a couple different therapists - Amanda was my therapist for a year and was amazing; she helped me through ""tight spots"" while I was actively training for running races. Dawn, who has been my therapist for over a year now has been absolutely wonderful - I can say that she compares nicely to the massage therapists I have in Aruba on the beach; I never leave there without feeling relaxed and like I was just on vacation! Dawn is also very attentive to any problem spots that pop up! I would highly recommend Elements - I have had nothing but great experiences!
