Review content:
The serviceman came, turned the dryer on, and went outside. Returned with a clump of lint which he said he removed from the vent. He said this was the problem and told me it was $109 charge due. I objected to this as he had not really done anything to fix the dryer. I was told I could pay it or they would turn it over to collections. I paid and he left. The dryer still does not dry as it should.
I called the owner to ask for someone to come out and complete the repair, and was told it would cost more for a return call. When I objected because they had not fixed it and they should warrant their repairs, I was told to either pay more, or call someone else.
Pros: There are no pros
Cons: They do not stand behind the service they do not provide.
