Review content:
I had called them for help with my dryer. After about 15 minutes the guy said that he was going to order me a part and we would get it 2 days later and it would be around $200. A week goes by and the people finally show up. After another 15 minutes the guy says there is nothing he can do to fix it. After he left I took the dryer apart and noticed that a wheel for the drum was laying on the base of the machine. I put it back on and it was fixed. For a Family run operation, they are really lacking in values.
Pros: There are other places you can call
Cons: they are still in business and it is gong to happen to someone else
