I was stunned to read the poor review one person had on Helen Bohn. They have been nothing but patient and helpful with me. I must have gone 6 or 7 times and tried on almost every wedding dress they carry. Same with the bridesmaid dresses. I will have to re-post once the dresses come in, but they take responsibility for the dresses they order, as the reviewer said, they got her the correct dress with time for fittings. I am surprised to read that the alterations were not complete, but at the same time if you live an hour away, it is smart ANYWHERE you go to call ahead and confirm your appointment/make sure your product is ready. \r
The receipt also contracts that final payment must be in cash or certified check. You just need to read what you sign and you will be prepared. \r
My family has ordered dresses from here for over 10 years (wedding dresses, bridesmaids, MOB, prom). We have experienced nothing but excellent service and a personal touch.\r
