Review content:
I had never colored my hair until one day, I figured I'd try it. A friend referred me to Brooklyn, but I tried a different stylist instead. After wiping up my tears over my horrible hair color, I made an appointment with Brooklyn. She was SO kind to me and talked me through everything. After being traumatized, I was quite the challenge to comfort. Brooklyn explained everything to me about my hair and my options so I could try to relax a little more. Somehow, she made my color perfect, it was exactly what I set out for in the first place! She saved my hair, and my confidence in hair stylists! It's been over 2 years in Portland now and I STILL love my color every time.
Pros: Brooklyn!
