I have been going to The Golden Greek for approximately 13 years. For the most part, the food is equal to the service..pretty good, but, as of today 8/26/12...both get a complete and total 2 thumbs down.\r
I called for my usual order of salmon, nothing on it, please do not over cook it (I have to specify due to it always being over cooked) and a small hamburg and mushroom pizza. Not hard, right? Apparently, I'm completely wrong.\r
The beast aka flower child wanna-be aka order taker had an attitude immediately. \r
When we received our order..the fish was a medallion...and burnt. The pizza had only small hamburg balls...can anyone say DiGornio?? Please!!\r
I told her I wanted a meal of the fish..what veggies do you have? ""We have ff, baked potato or mashed"" Idiot. I asked again, what veggies do you have..again, she answered me with a massive attitude and saying it as slowly as she could and enunciating as if I could not hear properly ""frrrreeeennnccchhh ffrrriiieeess, bbbakkkeed pooottaatttoo ooorrrr mmmaasssheeed"" again, I asked, what vegetables do you have...never mind...keep the burnt fish...when I looked at the pizza, there were no mushrooms..I told her I had ordered a hamburg and mushroom pizza...""do you want to see the slip""...\r
My husband and I walked out..never, and I mean never to return.\r
We thought while the restaurant was shut down by the health department they would come back with a new attitude...how wrong we were.\r
