I often shop @ Mazer's; but this was the worse experience shopping i have had... I attended the tent sale Saturday April 25th & Sunday Arpil 26th. My husband & I purchased some items on Sunday that we could not take with us right then. We were assusred by the saleman & the cashier that our items would be ok until we picked them up on Monday... Mazer's doesn't open until 10am. By the time my husband got there @ noon Monday; our items were not there. The headboard was nowhere to be found. My husband did manage to find the footboard. What good is it without the matching headboard? The footboard was not tagged with our name like with left it. When we left Mazers Sunday; a sold tag was placed on our items with our names. How did they let this happen? I will NEVER buy another item from them that i can not take with me @ the time of purchase. I will probably not shop there again. A manager has yet to return my phone calls & no one in the company has offered a solution... I spent two days looking for furniture; but all I have is the inconveniece of having to go back to Mazer's to get my money back...
Cons: Poor Customer Service...
