Family Air was highly recommended by a friend, and Jerry and company more than lived up to the recommendation. Jerry came up with a cost effective equipment plan that addressed our wants, needs, and concerns, explained it thouroughly, answering all of our questions patiently and completely. The polite and thouroghly professional crew got the work done quickly and efficiently, with a final cleanup that left almost no trace that they had been in, other than an excellent new furnace and AC. Even the city building inspector, during his final inspection, remarked at the quality of work he has always seen on Family Air projects. We are tremendously pleased with the result.
