Businiess name:  Cafe Al Dente Italian Rstrnt

Review content:
I have eaten at many so-called Italian restaurants here in the Metro area. I have eaten in many Italian homes. The first time I ate here I knew that I was not going to have to keep looking for a great Italian restaurant. The menu and specials are not your everyday fare, this is no Olive Garden. \r \r I recommended Cafe Al Dente to an attorney client of mine and he wanted linguine with olive oil sauce and clams. I called the restaurant and was told that if my client could wait for a couple of days they would order fresh clams. Not only did they prepare a great pasta dish but they prepared steamers for my client and his guest, another attorney.\r \r The appetizers are delicious, the breads, soups and salads crafted with care as if each portion is the only one that matters. The entrees will leave you full but craving more. The desserts are near exotic in stature.\r \r A short drive to downtown Vancouver will result in a dining experience that has no comparison for miles around. Pros: Ambience, Parking, Service, Value, Quality
