Amnesty International recently suggested that Philadelphia's police department is the most criminal in the United States. Over 400 Philadelphia police officers have been convicted of crimes just since 1982. Nonetheless, (in effect) over 95% of that city's cops are immune from termination, much less? prosecution, as per a 2004 prosecutor-conducted study of the Philadelphia Police Department. Extrapolating from the aforementioned FACTS, the MAJORITY (over 50%) of Philly? cops are CRIMINALS! Philadelphia police officers are little more than a gang of coward thug felons, replete with the us-against-them gang mentality but without the minimal integrity and honor of civilian gangs like the Hell's Angels. Google the video, ""Philly Cops: Felons With Badges"" to learn more about this extremely crooked police force.?
