I met Joe through extended family connections. As a recently separated woman from a 20plus year marriage I had no clue as to what to expect about my taxes...the only experience I had was hearing my ''soon to be'' ex-husband gripe about how much we had to pay yearly as he sat in front of the computer calculating and ranting on and on about our taxes.\r

Joe was friendly, positive and reassuring...I felt very comfortable talking to him ( a nearly perfect stranger ) not only did he do my taxes but he extended himself and counseled me on some financial concerns of which I had a lot of doubts and fears of. \r

I live in a different city, so he asked me to fax him my documents and information...I did, and I was sooo impressed on how fast he called me back ( the very next day) to ask me if I was ready to find out how much I was getting back and if I was sitting down.
