Probably Ototo Sushi is No.1 Sushi restaurant in Seattle. My wife and I went there and had 10 different Sushi's, and every single Sushi came with perfect quality fish on top of it. Whenever I go Sushi bar in town, there are at least 1 or 2 disappointing Sushi's of all I order. Try their Tuna which comes from Boston, real fresh Tuna. Also their appetizers are delicious and beautifully presented with every careful attention to the details as with Sushi. I need to come back at least 1/month.
