mechanics are incompetent morons, high school dropouts with absolutely no formal training, kept getting in and out of my car in dirty greasy overalls with a lit cigarette hanging from his mouth using my cars ashtray (I am a non smoker and the ashtray was never used), the car came back with grease stains on the leather and smelling like a well used ashtray; work done on the car was absolutely terrible, broken covers, missing bolts, disconnected hoses cut off and shoved behind the exhaust heatshield to hide it, during reassembly the mechanic damaged a hose leading from the filter to the engine, bits of the hose went into the engine causing $4000 worth of damage, when confronted, the mechanic denied everything trying to blame it on ""wear and tear""; if you value your car take it somewhere else, spend the extra few bucks to have the work done by a certified mechanic; Pros: turns your car into piece of junk Cons: that fresh well used ashtray grease smell inside the car
