Businiess name:  Johnson's Tire Service
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I arrived early at Johnson's on Saturday morning, in the hope of getting in and out quick, @ 9:55am which I thought, according to their website, was 5 minutes before they open. But apparently they had opened early and it took them 2 hours to change over my tires. But the worst part was that when I checked in the price I saw on the computer was $64.98 which I thought was reasonable but when I picked up my car they charged me $104. This is ridiculous. They explained the difference was because I have the tire pressure monitors, but doesn't almost every vehicle sold these days have those. This place is a rip off. The last place I had my tires changed over charged me ~$75 which is bad enough, but $104 for a tire changeover is near criminal! When I arrived in Alaska two years ago I purchased my studded tires from Johnson's, but now they have certainly lost my future business and I will be telling all my friends and co-workers about my experience with this rip-off ""McTire"" center and advise them to never do business with Johnson's.
