the gals there are all sweethearts, good people who get it...Lucinda, Amee, Shea, Shannon, all those girls are awesome. Denise (who also does Storm Large's hair) has been my hair lady for 4 years, and the reason is that she is so versatile, we have gone through lots of styles and lengths(which is tough with dude's styles), and she has fun making my hair look *good*. I have had highlights in my hair for the first time ever, for the past few months. I was hesitant about them because they tend to look to choppy and weird, but her job on those is so perfectly natural and she has cut with them so well this whole summer, that people still are shocked that they were bleached and colored in..in May. she is a great integrater of style; she just gave a friend of mine the most perfectly suited Joan Jett cut.. I like that she can get me done quickly, but I see them down-to-earth-pampering all the ladies there too. and the constantly changing, ever ecclectic art on the walls is very cool. after I get my hair done, I can pop next door to Tiny's and get a coffee, how convenient!
