Amie was recommended for good reason. But the customer service was really poor. There were repeated goofs on my appointments, even when I called to confirm the day before I'd get there and sit for a long time before they figured out they lost the appointment or the stylist didn't show up because she screwed up. This happened in various ways four times. There wasn't any apology for the inconvience until I told them I was done with it, in fact because they couldn't say it was my fault, it was ""this only happens to you"". Very talented but when i came here to comment I read through the comments and was struck by the defiant ""We're so sorry but it's your fault tone"" of their response to criticism on this site. Talented, but professional, no.
