Businiess name:  Cracker Barrel Old Country Store
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
The food is reliably good ""homecooked"" comfort food like my mother used to make: too many calories, too high in cholesterol and so absolutely heartwarming. Turkey platters, slow roasted beef, pork chops, salads, pulled pork, grilled or fried tilapia are among the tastiest items on the menu. The biscuits and corn muffins are scrumptious. Vegetables are out of this world, including those wonderful turnip greens, string beans (cooked with ham) and pinto beans. Cracker Barrel is a family (diner style) restaurant. Based on that realization, it is a must go.....as long as you avoid the height of the rush hour. Pros: Novel environments, great food. Cons: Can be horribly noisy during the height of the rush hour.
