Review content:
Francis was referred to me when I was in desperate need of a contractor. My best friend Carol told me he does good work but is pricey. Francis encouraged me to get bids from other contractors. Everyone was about the same but Francis proposal warned me of the possibility of what could go wrong. I used him and the project went as Francis promised. In 2010, I wanted to remodel my kitchen. I got three bids, Francis being one of them. One bid was almost 25% cheaper and the other two were pennies apart.\r
\r
I went with the cheaper. The project dragged on and on. Extra after extra. 1/4 of the way through and the budget had already been exceeded. I called Francis for his advise. ""I warned you.""\r
\r
I paid the contractor off and hired Francis. Francis has my trust. This fall, I'm doing a room addition and Francis still insists I get two other bids so I know i'm getting value.
