After confirming earlier in the week that we were scheduled for refinishing hardwood floors on Thursday and Friday, they did not show up to do the work. This was after we had moved all of the furniture from the second floor, made reservation in a hotel to leave the premises and put the dog into a kennel.\r

They claimed a scheduling mistake but were unable to arrange a fix or provide compensation.
