Review content:
As I pulled up I was scared due to how much laundry I had to do but I was desperate and this was the closest. I walked in w/ just my detergents and supplies incase I needed to make a quick departure. As I approached a very nice guy greeted me and held the open the door for me n led me towards the back where washers were. Walked 5 feet n was stopped dead in my tracks. on my left was a wall stacked full of dryers, maybe 25-30, and every darn one of them had a different colored post it note, folded up piece of paper, cardboard or whatver they could write on that read out of service, no heat, broken timer, door wont close or some issue. My immediate thought was WOW! even worse than the reviews read. I slowly walked by the dead machines like I was at a veterans memorial reading the wall. In the back there were a few lrg machines, only 2 worked, lots of med machines. Only 5 worked and 3 were being used by staff. Then there are multiple rows of reg old school washers, n was lucky if every other one worked. I ended up having to use so many small machines it was twice the work and prob spent twice as much and had wash all over the place. I needed @ least 8 dryers. I got 2. The other few machines were being used by the staff and I had to wait. An event that usually take me 2, maybe 2 1/2 hours, took 5 and I went X/Mas eve, maybe the slowest possnight of the year. I will say this though, the place was clean and the guy working was very nice, pleasant, and helpful given what he had to work with, even having to tell people to leave and come back. I wld say broken machine to working ratio was 7 to 1. So if your the only cust youll b ok. But add a few people and youll be drying your clothes with the blower in the bathroom.
