Review content:
Companies - beware. Bait and switch. We were suckered by Clear Choice. Purchased telephony services from them - techs came out once to do partial cable work. Rescheduled with us three times and no-showed every single time. Delayed us being able to move into our new office by two months (meanwhile we had our consulting team working remote. Remote for 2 months is terrible). Finally, we paid Clear Choice a $1,000 deposit for work that was never completed. When they no-showed the third time, I called, cancelled the service, and put in both a verbal and written request for a refund. No response from billing department. Fast forward three months - they submitted a $417 ""invoice"" to a collections agency for work that was never delivered. Do not, do not, do not use this company. We had to hire a competitor of their's to complete the job - 90 days after we were supposed to be in our new office and live. Complete disaster.\r
