Review content:
I have wanted to try Watershed for years and finally had dinner there. We had reservations on a Saturday and we were warmly greeted and seated promptly. Our waiter was very nice and our drinks were great! I ordered a ""Hideout"", a grapefruit infused vodka and cranberry mixture that was one of the best drinks I've ever had. A friend had the orange Cosmo, which was also great. We had the pimento cheese as an appetizer and it was really good. I had a wonderful spinach salad--again, one of the best I've ever had!--and a burger. (I'm a burger freak and this one did not disappoint.) My friend had a pork chop that melted in your mouth with fantastic collards and mac and cheese as good as my mother's. (A great compliment coming from a southern girl!) The meal was awesome and my only regret is that we were too full to try dessert, as there were at least 4 things I wanted to taste. We'll be back . . . soon!
Pros: Food is great, drinks are even better!
