Review content:
I've lived here for several years and my family has always been happy here. For a rent controlled complex, I think they do a fantastic job of keeping the property beautiful and well-maintained.
For the some of the issues mention in bad reviews, unfortunately I think that has more to do with some people who live here and do not respect their surroundings. The maintenance and office staff have always been helpful and kind.
I definitely recommend the Falls of Bonaventure as a safe, friendly place to live for all ages.
