Let me start by saying that I'm only giving it a star because zero stars wasn't an option. Being new to the area I had no idea of the reputation of local shops. After being hit by an uninsured motorist, the police called this company to tow my car. I was initially impressed as the owner of the shop stopped by the scene and reassured me that my car was in good hands and that he'd even give me $500 off my deductible. \r The inspection was a week ago now and after not hearing a word from the shop I called for an estimated date of completion. I called for 3 days and was repeatedly told that ""a techician"" would call me back. No call, so I had my insurance company call. They got the same run around. On day 4 (almost two weeks after the car was towed there) I made an appearance at the shop and was told that they have no idea how long it will take and that NOTHING has been done because they're waiting for additional parts (which should have been noticed on original estimate) and further money from my insurance company. The secretary (who is the only person that would speak to me) reminded me that they were giving me a $500 discount and that she would call me. Oh gee, I guess I should just be grateful! Not to mention, I only have the rental car for 30 days which ends in only 17 days from now. Guess that $500 will come in handy extending the rental at MY cost. \r So unless you enjoy unlimited amounts of stress, never getting a return call or straight answer, being without your car for extended amounts of time, and being spoken to as if you're an idiot....GET YOUR CAR MOVED SOMEWHERE ELSE BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!!!!\r \r
