Review content:
They have a giant sign facing the road that says ""Oil Change $18.99"". In tiny print that you honestly can NOT read from the road when you're driving it says ""+ tax and shop fees"". Shop fees? $3.50. (The receipt clearly states ""Shop fees for profit"".) That's just deceptive advertising. Next they'll have a sign say that says ""Oil Change $1""and in fine print say ""+ tax and shop fees and rent and electricity and labor and profit"" etc... An advertised price should be the price charged, period. When I mentioned the $18.99 the guy shrugged his shoulders and told me I should've read the fine print on the sign (as I mentioned, impossible). Also, I paid cash, and then I had to ask for the receipt as the guy walked away. I think he was obviously planning on tossing the anonymous cash receipt in the trash and putting the money in his pocket, not reporting it (as a former business owner I know that kind of thing happens all the time). I think it demonstrates their attitude that permeates throughout their work. I'll never go back, and I'd be delighted if this business closed. What they're doing is clearly wrong, and they couldn't care less.
Pros: In & out in 5 minutes; wait, maybe that's not good.
Cons: Deceptive and apathetic; and in my opinion, dishonest.
