Review content:
This was the first time I left a restauant without leaving a tip. I too am a server at a restaurant and I value not just serving food to my customers/guests, but a positive experience. I know we all have off days, but unfortunatly my experience at Nono's was VERY VERY disappointing and the server didn't seem very apologetic. I was so looking forward to eating there because I've heard so much about the restaurant. We were seated quickly, but after we gave our server our order we never saw our server again till we complained to management. Someone else dropped off our food. No refills on drinks or bread from our server or another server/helper. We weren't sure about a side dish and the server knew that and never came back to follow up on it. I know when I'm busy as a server at a restaurant and I can't get to my table again I ask for help, even if it's the owner. While we were leaving management apologized and asked us to give them a second chance. I know the restaurant that I work at would have offered to comp something or offer a gift card to come make again. Nono's was a no no choice for me and my guest and I don't plan to give them a 2nd chance.
Pros: location
Cons: service
