I've been going to NO-No's since they were in the shopping center off of Broadway, before they built their new restaurant. I love the food. But to keep from being disappointed, expect only fair service at best -it doesn't matter whether they are busy or not. Its never really good. The food keeps me going back just because I'm from the South and love the way they celebrate the South through their unique dishes. But the last time I went there they tried to served us their signature Gumbo without any rice. Thats like getting Irish stew without any potatoes! C'mon guys! And when I complained, our watress said ""yeah, we ran out""... Well then TELL ME YOU DON""T HAVE ANY RICE AND I'LL ORDER SOMETHING ELSE!"" Don't bother asking for the owner, it doesn't help a lot. We finally got our rice. Ofcourse it was AFTER most of the Gumbo was gone and the rest cold... Certainly don't expect an apology or some discount or a coupon or anything... the Brewster's east coast attitude comes off like ""I got your customer service right heah!"" And unfortunately, that attitude is passed down through the staff. When you get treated like that, you just don't feel appreciated as a customer. It's really sad. Such good unique recipes but an unreliable dining experience. Pros: Unique, spicey, Southern / Creole recipes in a setting that says 'Down South' Cons: ""Cocky, we don't really care"" attitude from the top-down creates a disappointing experience
