We spent a lot of $$s here last summer and purchased patio furniture and a fancy infrared barbeque grill. The patio furniture was top of the line and we could not be happier with it. The grill was another story. It never worked right from day one and even after repeated attempts on Lehrer's part to fix it it just did not work properly all the time for many reasons (plus the igniter broke after just 4-5 months with very little use). That said, Keith Lehrer stood behind his product. Realizing the grill was not working properly all the time and a bad fit for our usage requirements, Keith took back the grill and refunded our $$s. Though there were bumps in the road and poor communication on Lehrers part through the service cycle which caused us frustration at times, we give them 5 stars for the overall quality of their products and the fact that they stand behind what they sell.
