My parents left their 3 boxers here and on the morning of pick-up got a phone call that one of our dogs was found dead in the morning. After transporting to our vet, turns out bloat was the cause of death. He obviously had not been checked in hours and no one staff understands the condition. Certain breeds are at greater risk for bloat. Food and water should not be left at all times unattended. I know that no one mistreated our pets on purpose, but ignorance can lead to serious disasters. To top it all off, they charged my parents the full amount. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS HERE!!! Please learn and use in-home sitters or research a better location. This is heartbreaking and to have no answers from the kennel is just awful. To think he was in the run in pain and no one checking or helping him. JUST TERRIBLE TREATMENT!!! I hope they learn from this and that no one has to endure this kind of pain again - both the dog and his family.
