I recently purchased a media unit for my apartment and needed a professional installer to re-install all of my audio and video equipment onto the unit. Out of pure luck, I came across Bright Home Theater while doing a search on the internet last Saturday afternoon and left a message describing my needs. Kerry, the owner called me back within a few hours and spent 15 to 20 minutes analyzing my needs, made a few suggestions and scheduled his team to install my equipment on that following Monday. Eric, Kerry's installer, showed up exactly on time when the appointment was scheduled and performed his work methodically, carefully and professionally. Eric not only was extremely knowledgeable and professional but considerate of our apartment. When he entered my apartment, he immediately noticed that we did not wear shoes in the apartment. He immediately took off his shoes and began laying out protective materials so as to not damage any of our furniture and wood floors. I was very impressed and appreciative of his consideration and awareness of our apartment. I highly recommend Bright Home Theater for anyone who is looking for a First Class, High End, Home Theater Specialist.
