It's a scam. They sent the exact same bill to two of my family members, both of whom had never done anything with the company they were saying we owed money to. All they did was inquire about an apartment, which they never even looked at let alone put any money down on, and are being billed over $1,000 for a simple inquiry. And the fact that they do not give an address, only a P.O. Box on their bill makes me even more suspicious. I will be looking into filing a lawsuit against them and I hope everyone else will too. Stand against scammers. Don't let them steal from you and use your name fraudulently!
