Review content:
We wanted to send a package in Priority Mail fixed priced package. They did not have the envelopes or boxes; so, the owner insisted we could use their envelop to send the package Priority mail. I suggested we just go to the Post Office; but, the owner insured us their envelop would suffice. We did not expect to hear it would cost us $22 to send thread (weighing less than a pound) to AZ. We decided to forego their services. The owner then asked us to pay $2 for the envelope! The envelope we only agreed to use because they ran out of the Priority Mail envelopes from USPS.
Also, their customer service laughable. They will keep you waiting even though you are the only customer in the store. I'm surprised they are still in business. So much for paying for convenience.
