I have been tattooed by both Jeff Fratto and Josh Webster . Both are extremely talented artist not just in tattooing but art in general. They are not there just to give you a tattoo but they will work with you to turn your design into something from your wildest dreams. They leave you walking away feeling like a friend, not just a client. Even after your tattoo is done you can walk in a week even a month later and they know who you are and treat you like family.
