I moved in 09/01/2010, so this is a more recent post. I assume they have cleaned up their act......so far so good.\r

No noise problems, no major bug problems, no mold or signs of mold....\r

I moved in and didnt expect new carpet and newer appliances...for the special price at the time....\r

Office staff is great , especially Heidi. She worked with my application BIG TIME.\r

My neighbors are quiet, polite and rarely talk> Pool is clean....workout area is small (i dont use it)....\r

The so called ""bridge"" is so small that you will miss it ifyou dont pay attention.\r
\r
any questions? ask the office, they are honesty and (so far) quick to respond to any issues....\r
