WE SCHEDUALED WITH ELS FOR OUR WEDDING WHEN I CALLED A MONTH BEFORE TO SET UP A LIMO FOR THE BACHELOR PARTY THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND SWORE SAYING SOMETHING ALONG THE LINES OF ""IF YOU F'ING GUYS SPILL ONE F'ING DRINK YOUR OUT OF THE F'ING LIMO THE NIGHTS OVER"" NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS VERY UPSET AT HOW I WAS TREATED AND WHEN I TRYED TO CANCEL THE LIMO FOR OUR WEDDING NOT CARING THAT I WOULD LOOSE THE $400.00 I PUT DOWN THEY WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL! THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO TAKE ME TO COURT TO PAY FOR A LIMO I DIDNT EVEN USE AFTER THEY ALREADY MADE $400 OFF OF ME FOR NOTHING! THEY INSIST I PAY THEM THE ADITIONAL $1600!! TALK ABOUT A GREAT COMPANY!!! DONT TRUST THESE CROOKS!!! SENSE THAN I HAVE HEARD NUMERIOUS BAD THINGS ABOUT ELS AND I WOULD RECOMEND YOU ALL STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
