Review content:
Staff are mean, nosy, and barely keep up with each other when other staff members need to be informed (I missed Doctor visits because of this). I was patronized, discriminated against and treated as a second class citizen/sub-human by staff. One of the staff members would go through my personal belongings and take things without asking or even telling me. When I would ask her for certain things she took back she would say she ""didn't remember"", but I would ask her again an hour later and then remember that she took it (even though she wasn't supposed to be going through my belongings in the first place. When visiting family I called Litteral House to ask if I could bring my TV and Xbox 360. They gave me the OK, then once I got there the manager there all of the sudden said ""I can't have electronics there"" but yet 3 other patients are roaming around with laptops. After noticing this I asked a staff member why they were allowed to use their electronics but not mine and he said ""that's different"". Food here is also disgusting.
