I recently spent close to $200 on a cut, color and products at Avant. I walked out the door with a fashionable, but unbecoming hair style. My hair had already been colored several times, and I think the colorist did his best, but the results weren't great. The stylist was in a big rush, totally ignored what I told her, cut my bangs exactly like I told her not to, and when I asked her to re-do them, did a sloppy job (when I got home I discovered a strand of bangs so long it hung down the middle of my face to the end of my nose). To top all this off, the cashier was rude and condescending when I paid my bill. For this amount of money, I'm going elsewhere.
Pros: attractive atmosphere
Cons: price, staff attitude
