I just had dinner with my friend today. We ordered one appetizer and two main courses, no drink. The server and the food was good. But I have one thing that was not impress on this restaurant and won't come back again. My bill was $60.69 already plus tax but they put gratuity on the bill even I came only 2 persons. so the bill was $70.77 I was shock because I'm working in the restaurant as well and never put the gratuity just for 2 persons before. How was happened? Is it because we are the Asian or we didn't order the drink and dessert??? We felt that we'd got the ""DISCRIMINATION!"" from the server. I knew how much I should pay the tip for the restaurant because normally, whenever I go to restaurant, I always give the tip 20%.. After I got the bill I asked one server of the restaurant "" Do you always put the gratuity every tables? I asked. and that server said "" yes"" ... That server name ""Israel"". I hope the restaurant will have the answer for this review because, this was not our first time and we never get any charge on it from here. Every time, we gave 20% on tip for the server as we understand how hard they work as the server!
