Review content:
I live in San Francisco. I was in Sacramento visiting a friend for the weekend. We scoured the citysearch web site to find a good restaraunt in the midtown area and settled on Mikuni. \r
\r
Mikuni has good sushi, ok service, and ok tempura. We found Mikuni's atmosphere to be a little on noisy side; which is ok, if that's what you are looking for on Saturday night. However, my taste for a sushi restaraunt are more traditional than the boisterious collegiate atmosphere of Mikuni. The sushi chefs are fun, nice and willing to make you anything you like. The quality and freshness of the fish was pretty good, given that we are few miles away from the closest ocean. Overall recommendation, if you can deal with the noise, twenty-somethings, then you can have a good sushi meal in Sacramento.\r
Pros: Friendly wait staff, good sushi/food, lively atmosphere
Cons: Noisey, slightly over-priced, long wait to be seated at a table
