I am a loyal customer of this fantastic Poulsbo bistro. I am not writing to share with other viewers of how great this place is - ""Because it is awsome"" but all the other reviews will tell you that. I am writing to basically say that I want the young owners to know that they have really put together a class act. The owners of this great little eatery have apparently been out of town in California at a hospital while their new born son who was born very premature and ill is recieving some special care there. I think it is really worth mentioning to them, that their staff is doing such a great job in their absence. I have been in several times and had never actually heard the story of how young the owners are, but I think that this whole restaurant has a certain level of quality that we in Kitsap county are not used to recieving. Kudos to the whole operation and I look forward to many more wonderful meals at this great spot. I am however a biased reviewer because I have attended many of the neat wine tastings that they have put on, and I know some of the staff personally, but it stills needs to be stated on this website that the mor mor bistro is a very special place.
