Review content:
After waiting and waiting for a refund for the fall session of softball, the answering machine message on the week of 11/16 stated that deposit refunds would be mailed out to team coaches at the address they provided the week of 11/9. As of today, we have not received the refund and our credit card was charged $200 at the beginning of the session. Have tried to call several times and today when I tried to call again, the phone has been disconnected, so has the fax number. The weather line still works, but you cant leave a message here. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and sending a certified letter to the office as well. I may even call John Matarese from channel 9 about this business. If I could give this place no stars, I would.
