I regret not shopping around before purchasing a remote car starter from installations unlimited. Not only did they never contact me when my car was finished, or to ask clarify what options I actually wanted... I requested my car be left outside with the keys locked in them for a late pick up (I went on my lunch break to pay for it), even told two different people, and watched one write it down for me. Well needless to say the idiots did not leave the car outside and when I left them a message saying I was not very happy about and for them to call me back, I never heard from them. When I had to waste another lunch break to go pick up my car, they then gave me false information about the car starter saying that I had options that I didn't, and then when I went back to complain about the options not working, they then offered to ""give me a deal"" of 10 dollars off an outrageous price because of the mix up. So now I am very dissatisfied, they have done nothing to help the situation, and I refuse to pay for the extra options I would like because I don't want to give them anymore business. Needless to say I will never be shopping there again. Please do the right thing and bring your business to a place that will actually value it.
